Trex and Composite Deck Cleaning

It is no secret that Trex and Composite decking is an investment, so why not properly protect it? Trex and Composite decking materials have become extremely popular throughout the United States. Unfortunately most home owners are unaware of how to clean their decking. The synthetic wood has a much different make up, allowing it to last longer while being more susceptible to damage while cleaning.

A pressure washer should never be used on a composite deck. High pressure can remove top layers of the composite revealing a dark, stain-like streaking. Even using a 40 degree or white tip, is still way too much PSI for cleaning these delicate materials.

We clean all composite decking with our 12 volt Soft Wash System. This state of the art systems allows us to clean your trex or composite deck without the use of high pressure. Instead we utilize different biodegradable detergents and solutions to neutralize and remove all unsightly organic growth and build up. This low pressure application acts as a treatment, all organic growth is treated rather than just blasted off. This leaves your deck staying clean for a longer time.

If you live in Delaware or South Carolina and are looking for a company to clean your composite or trex deck make sure they aren’t using a pressure washer and destroying your investment!
